Qualifications

• 8+ years hands-on electronics quality experience in PCB/wire harness/semiconductor packaging.
• Expert IPC-A-610 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 inspection criteria; IPC CIS/CIT certification preferred.
• Experience reviewing Gerber data and using CAM software for manufacturability and quality.

Responsibilities

• Review PCB CAM and Gerber files for manufacturability, quality and standards.
• Perform IPC 610/620 inspections and provide feedback on assemblies.
• Analyze SMT/AOI defect types and root causes of AOI false calls.
• Screen counterfeit components per AS6081 and assess risk indicators.
• Conduct semiconductor inspections with C-SAM and X-ray, including MIL-STD-883.
• Prepare concise reports and present findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate to refine workflows and improve AI training data.
