Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 10+ years electronics manufacturing experience.
• Interpret engineering drawings, electrical schematics, BOMs, and assembly instructions.
• Hands-on experience with mechanical assembly, cable fabrication, soldering, and electronics rework.
• Experience solving manufacturing problems on the production floor.
• Judgment to act independently and when to investigate.
• Current IPC certification or equivalent; ability to obtain after hire.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the required U.S. government security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on technical support on the production floor.
• Interpret drawings, schematics, BOMs, and build instructions.
• Own first‑time and first‑article builds from pre‑build readiness through closure.
• Train assemblers and coordinate across functions to resolve issues.
• Escalate safety, material, design, or process concerns as needed.
