Job summary

Aristocrat Leisure is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer (Electrical) to lead NPI and scale production for electronic gaming devices. You will develop PCB assembly and full system integration processes, implement DFx methods, and drive test, validation, and process improvements.

The role requires strong problem-solving, cross-functional collaboration, and leadership in a high-volume electronics environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related engineering field and 7+ years in high-volume electronics manufacturing.
Experience leading NPI projects from development through production launch.
Proven expertise in DFM, DFA, DFT, and process validation techniques.

Responsibilities

Lead New Product Introduction activities from prototype through full production.
Develop manufacturing processes for electronic gaming devices, including PCB assemblies and system integration.
Create and optimize work instructions, tooling, fixtures, and test processes.
Support automated and manual test solutions, including functional and in-circuit testing.
Conduct root cause analysis using structured problem-solving approaches (8D, Fishbone, 5-Why).
Drive Lean and Six Sigma initiatives to improve yield and reliability.
Collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues and ensure component quality.
Manage ECOs and mentor junior engineers on cross-functional projects.
