High school graduate or equivalent. Associate’s degree preferred.
10 years maintenance experience in a commercial, industrial, or manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of refrigeration and mechanical systems. Must have strong trouble shooting skills. Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, pneumatic & hydraulic pressure systems and Dehumidification dryer systems. Must possess excellent mechanical and basic electrical knowledge, aptitude, and principles. Knowledge of CMMS and building automation systems is preferred.
Strong oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of basic computer and Microsoft Office applications. Must be self motivated and able to lead others. Able to work in a team environment and work with other departments within Company. Must have strong leadership skills.
