Job summary

The role includes budget and staffing oversight, policy compliance, and technical leadership to ensure safe, reliable electronics infrastructure; experience in supervisory environments and safety standards is required.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of experience in electronic technology with supervisory and administrative capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee technical, administrative, and leadership operations of the group, including budget planning and control; personnel matters; salary administration; promotions and disciplinary actions; and general administrative activities.
• Supervise, manage, and direct personnel and activities supporting equipment preventive maintenance, reliability, and electronics engineering objectives.
• Coordinate long-range goals for technical operations and personnel; manage equipment, projects, and safety compliance.
• Interact with senior management on matters concerning several functional areas.
