Job summary

DBA Web Technologies in Pittsburgh, PA is seeking an Electronics Hardware Specialist with 5–7 years of experience to design circuit breaker electronics, address EMI/EMC standards, and collaborate across manufacturing, QA, and product teams.

The role covers new product development, certification maintenance, production support, and cross-functional guidance on hardware development from concept through launch in a HYBRID (3 days on-site, 2 days remote) setup.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
5+ years in new product development.
2+ years embedded electronics experience.
Experience with analog and digital circuit design, testing, or troubleshooting.
Experience with EMI/EMC design practices.
Experience with Altium Designer or other schematic capture/PCB layout tools.

Responsibilities

Contribute to hardware design and development of circuit breaker electronics; meet EMI/EMC requirements.
Develop product specifications with cross-functional teams; understand customer and market needs.
Coordinate activities with suppliers, contractors, and cross-functional teams for project execution.
Provide technical support for production and field issues; drive continuous product improvement.
Mentor team members and contribute to development processes and tools.
