Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Physics, or related field.
• 12–15 years of design experience in Electrical Engineering.
• Excellent written & verbal communication, attention to detail, and multitasking.
• Willingness to travel roughly 5% for customer briefings and testing events.
• US Citizenship with the ability to obtain DoD security clearance.
• May involve lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Indoor, well-lit and ventilated work environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and architect new electronics systems from concept through implementation, including system architecture, PCB design, and validation.
• Develop quality control and testing procedures to be incorporated into regular design process.
• Write detailed technical reports on designs, test results, and operating procedures.
• Support highly technical teams on field test activities when necessary.
• Provide technical mentoring to develop skills within the team.
