Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive electronics engineering experience, R&D and instrumentation.
• Strong analog/mixed-signal design with low-noise signal conditioning and precise measurement.
• Experience with schematic capture, PCB layout, DFM/DFT, and production release.
• Proficiency with Altium Designer and other EDA tools; hands-on lab troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, test, and production release of advanced electronic systems.
• Translate requirements into robust hardware architectures and specifications.
• Mentor engineers, conduct design reviews, and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Hands-on bring-up, debugging, verification, and root-cause analysis in lab.
• Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to ensure producibility.
