Job summary

MARS Solutions Group seeks a Senior Electronics Engineer to lead electronic product development for IoT, smart access, security, and building automation. You will own the design from concept through production, collaborating with Product, Global Design, Quality, ODM/OEM, and manufacturing partners.

Qualifications

Senior Electronics Engineer | IoT & Wireless Technology

Direct Hire

We re looking for a Senior Electronics Engineer to join our Noke design team and take ownership of electronic product development from concept through production.

This is an opportunity to work on innovative products within the IoT, smart access, security, and building automation space while collaborating with Product, Global Design, Quality, ODM/OEM, and manufacturing partners.

What You ll Do

• Own the electronic design and development process from concept through production
• Partner with Product teams to define requirements, evaluate feasibility, and estimate product costs
• Develop project plans, schedules, and technical deliverables
• Ensure designs are delivered on time, within cost, and to specification
• Identify design and quality risks and develop mitigation strategies
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, ODMs, OEMs, and manufacturing partners
• Ensure designs meet quality, regulatory, and regional/global compliance requirements

Technical Skills

• 5+ years of experience in electronic circuit design for IoT, access control, security, or building automation products
• Strong experience with wireless technologies, including Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, and IoT wireless technologies
• Experience with antenna design is highly preferred
• Proficiency with Altium or similar CAD tools for schematic capture, circuit simulation, and PCB layout
• Hands-on experience using laboratory equipment such as:
  • Oscilloscopes
  • Spectrum analyzers
  • Network analyzers
  • Other electronic test and measurement equipment
• Strong understanding of electronics design, PCB development, manufacturing, and product validation
• Experience taking products from prototype/design through production is highly valued

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of relevant electronics engineering experience
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience working with cross-functional, ODM, and OEM teams
