The role requires on-site presence, close collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers, and a track record in program leadership across engineering and testing efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM fields with extensive PM exposure.
• Experience in program management, engineering, and related business functions.
• Experience managing suppliers and supplier management teams.
• Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret clearance or be in CE process.

Responsibilities

• Establish program organization to address customer requirements and align sub-organizations.
• Manage cost, schedule, technical, and risk for subsystems with EVM focus.
• Execute EW portfolio SOW within budgets and performance metrics.
• Lead NG Digital Engineering Ecosystem Transformation within the program IPT.
• Identify risks and opportunities and take proactive actions to resolve issues.
