Job summary

Credence Management Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Electronic Warfare and Research Intelligence Agent to support AFLCMC/WAX at Wright Patterson AFB, OH. The role requires expertise in EW, radar, and intelligence integration with DoD experience and TS/SCI clearance.

The candidate will analyze requirements, support system development/test, participate in technical reviews, and serve as a technical interface between Government customers and radar/system manufacturers.

Qualifications

Active TS/SCI security clearance.
Master's or Doctorate in a related field with 10+ years DoD experience.
Bachelor's degree in a related field with 12+ years DoD experience.
15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in contract requirements.
Maintain required clearance throughout contract period.

Responsibilities

Serve as an EW analyst, fusion of intelligence and EW threat information with radar and fighter capabilities.
Perform analyses, including requirement analyses and system capacity analysis; assess alternatives and trade-offs.
Review and develop draft systems intelligence and programmatic documents for milestone reviews.
Participate in TIMs, technical reviews, and interface control meetings.
Support hardware/software development and related ground/flight test activities; DT and IOT&E activities.
Handle JWICS communications and ensure cognizant parties are informed and coordinated.
