ACT1 Federal LLC is seeking an EW/SEAD Duty Officer (EWDO) at Hurlburt Field, FL to replicate EWCC functions and coordinate employment of air-component EW assets during joint exercises.

The role requires extensive knowledge of Joint and AF IO and EW doctrines, with active TS/SCI clearance, and experience as an EWCC Duty Officer. This is a full-time contingency position supporting multiple commands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years as an AOC EWCC Duty Officer or equivalent.
• Rated officer experience required.
• Deep knowledge of Joint and Air Force IO and EW doctrine.
• Familiarity with EWCC duties in theater warfare.
• Understanding of the electromagnetic spectrum and its importance.
• Knowledge of J/CAOC EW planning and execution.
• Active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate employment of replicated EW assets for multi-domain operations.
• Replicate EWCC representative during exercise planning and execution.
• Support non-kinetic operations involving space, cyber, EW and IO.
• Integrate EW assets to meet training objectives.
• Inform and coordinate Wing Operations Centers for EW/SEAD changes.
• Process EW support requests from AF, joint and allied forces.
• Coordinate frequency deconfliction with assigned agencies.
• Recommend EW initiatives and communicate asset impacts.
• Minimize EW/SEAD degradation effects on coalition aircraft.
