Job summary

4M Research, Inc. is seeking mid to senior level Electronic Warfare Analysts for our team in Huntsville, AL. You will apply understanding of EW, EA, and countermeasures to support threat system design, testing, and demonstration across lifecycle.

Responsibilities include analyzing requirements, reviewing documents on EW technologies, providing technical oversight for MDO range activities, coordinating RFAs, and performing threat research. Travel ~25% and active Secret clearance required.

Qualifications

• BS in STEM (technical/engineering preferred).
• Senior - 10+ years' related experience; Mid-Level - 6+ years' related experience.
• Approximately 25% travel required.
• Active Secret Clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI clearance.
• US Citizenship is required

Responsibilities

• Employs understanding of EW, EA, and Electronic Countermeasures with TTPs.
• Analyzes requirements and evaluates designs to support threat systems lifecycle.
• Reviews docs on emerging EW technologies, methodologies, and TTPs.
• Conducts demonstrations and tests of threat systems and provides operation/support to events in the field.
• Provides technical and programmatic support ensuring tasks are assigned and completed per EW/Radar requirements.
• Provides rapid strategic insight regarding complex EW/Radar questions from senior leadership.
• Develops threat validation reports and customer documentation.
• Analyses threat system characteristics and recommends EW/Radar solutions.
• Conducts threat research to identify key performance parameters for Multidomain Operations (MDO).
• Oversees threat system development to support MDO ranges CONUS/OCONUS.
• Coordinates Radio Frequency Authorizations (RFA) submittals.
• Performs technical reviews of radio frequency allocations - DD Form 1494s and J/F12s.
