Weeghman & Briggs LLC in Huntsville, AL is seeking a Mid-Level RF/EO-IR Threat Test Engineer to support government programs and national security initiatives. You will analyze requirements, perform RF/EO-IR measurements, operate specialized instruments, document findings, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, timely delivery in secure environments.

Qualifications

Requires active TS clearance and ability to obtain/maintain access to secure government facilities.
Experience supporting government or DoD programs is essential.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Support mission-critical programs in secure government environments.
Analyze requirements and translate them into actionable test plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
Ensure compliance with contract and security standards for all test activities.
Contribute ideas to improve processes, efficiency, and performance.
Execute laboratory and field measurement/testing of RF/EO-IR missile systems using specialized instruments and data acquisition.
