Onsite roles involve working in a high-technology lab environment with advanced hardware such as Intrepid Tiger II, performing assembly, testing, and maintenance of avionics and electrical systems. The position requires US citizenship, current secret clearance to start, and 5+ years of related experience, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret mechanical and electrical drawings for fabrication, testing, and maintenance of weapon/avionics systems
• Troubleshoot systems using standard diagnostic equipment
• Construct, repair, splice, solder wiring and replace connectors per mil-spec standards
• Troubleshoot system failures using Fluke meters, oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers and military test equipment
• Develop and execute processes to simplify production items and improve accuracy
• Set up, calibrate and test RF equipment and components to spec
• Use precision measurement on equipment such as spectrum analyzers and signal generators
