Job summary

Evolver is seeking an Electronic Security Technician (Level III) to install CCTV, access control, and intrusion systems in accordance with plans and standards. The role requires 5+ years in security system work and 4+ years in commissioning and programming, with certifications in major manufacturers.

Travel up to 85% may be required; candidates must pass US government security clearance and have a High School diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years direct work experience with electronic security systems.
• 4 years hands-on experience commissioning and programming security or access control systems.
• Valid certifications in AMAG, Bosch, DMP, Gallagher, Hirsch, Lenel, or equivalent.
• Ability to pass US government security clearance/background check.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Install CCTV, access control and intrusion detection systems, cabling and related equipment.
• Install various types of low voltage cable, cable tray, panels and enclosures.
• Independently oversee small to large projects with minimal supervision.
• Perform hardware design and software programming per established standards; document design and operation for customers.
• Load, verify devices and commission system controllers; ensure full system functionality.
