Job summary

Chenega Agile Real Time Solutions, LLC is seeking a Systems Engineer for PFPA ESS leadership in Falls Church, VA. You will oversee end-to-end security systems engineering for VSS, ACS, IDS, PSIM, and identity management across the enterprise.

You will drive lifecycle planning, modernization efforts, and collaboration with cybersecurity, network, and government stakeholders to ensure mission-critical availability and security compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with 10+ years of enterprise electronic security experience.
• MS degree with 7+ years experience or 15 years’ experience in lieu of degree.
• Experience with IP-based VSS, ACS, IDS, PSIM, and identity management platforms.
• Experience across lifecycle: requirements, architecture, integration, testing, deployment, sustainment.
• Active Secret clearance and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering authority for enterprise ESS, including planning, integration, sustainment, and modernization.
• Provide full lifecycle systems engineering support and performance optimization.
• Develop strategies to enhance reliability, cybersecurity resilience, and interoperability.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and plan modernization of ESS capabilities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and document engineering analyses for stakeholders.
