Job summary

Securitas Technology seeks a Technology Solutions Architect to join our Engineering Center of Excellence in New York. The TSA will shape strategy, design, and technology support for regional and national sales efforts, delivering tailored electronic security solutions.

Responsibilities include customer consultations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and mentoring internal stakeholders. Travel about 50% is expected to meet client needs and project planning.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in electronic security engineering and design
• Experience with IDS, ACS, CCTV/VMS and PSIM concepts
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong reading of specifications and power/battery calculations
• Clear communication with internal teams and clients

Responsibilities

• Provide SME input to drive customer discussions on electronic security solutions
• Coordinate pre/post-sales engineering and field resources
• Serve as systems integration and field applications expert for sales
• Mentor sales, costing, engineering, and field teams
• Demonstrate technologies via consultations, presentations, and demos
• Support events and external tradeshows
