Job summary

Amentum is seeking an Electronic Maintenance Technician III for the North of Las Vegas, Nevada area to perform general technical duties specialized in electronic security systems. The role includes installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and documentation of diverse security subsystems.

Qualified applicants will have at least an Associate's degree or higher and 5+ years of hands-on electronics experience, with strong knowledge of electronics, electro-mechanical systems, and computers. U.S.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or higher in electronics or military equivalent training.
• 5+ years of hands-on electronics/maintenance experience.
• Strong knowledge of electronics, electro-mechanical and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, repair, and troubleshoot electronic security systems and related equipment.
• Plan, install, relocate, and test subsystems (CCTV, intrusion, access, sensors, video management).
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs down to component level.
• Install and verify major subsystems and support equipment (generators, masts, cables).
• Coordinate with users and suppliers to define specifications and modify systems for operations.
