The role requires hands-on capability with electrical controls, calibration, and preventive maintenance, ensuring safe operation of processing units and equipment across locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in electrical maintenance.
• Ability to read electrical diagrams and troubleshoot PLC/DCS.

Responsibilities

• Perform instrumentation and electrical repair and troubleshooting on motors and PLC/DCS.
• Move, set, and calibrate controls on control panels.
• Monitor and address process variables via automatic control of processing units.
• Determine malfunctioning units by observing instruments and signals.
• Inspect equipment to locate leaks, breaks, or faulty valves.
• Patrol units to verify safe operating conditions.
• Lubricate equipment as necessary.
