Pilot Company seeks an Electronic Instruments Senior Technician for full-time work at our operations. The role focuses on instrumentation and electrical repair, calibration, and maintenance of control systems across processing units.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma and 3+ years in instrumentation, with PLC/DCS knowledge and welding experience (ARC/MIG). Strong troubleshooting and teamwork skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of experience in instrumentation/electrical repair.
• Experience with PLC/DCS systems and control panels preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform instrumentation and electrical repair and troubleshooting on motors, motor starters, wiring, and PLC/DCS systems.
• Calibrate and adjust controls on panels, valves, and index arms.
• Monitor control variables such as flow, temperature, pressure, and chemicals via automatic regulation.
