Job summary

L3Harris Technologies in Salt Lake City, UT is seeking Electronic Assemblers to perform non-routine and non-repetitive assembly tasks within production operations, including quality assurance and reliability testing following established methods.

You will support manufacturing flow, interpret blueprints, and work in a team to meet schedule and safety standards. This role requires use of hand tools, PPE, and readiness to participate in process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of prior relevant experience, or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
• 3+ years of experience working in a manufacturing environment using hand tools, performing assembly and/or repair work.
• Ability to transport at least 32 pounds.
• Ability to read and understand blueprints and shop orders.
