Caliber Sales Engineering is seeking an Electro-mechanical Engineer to lead the integration, repair, and optimization of complex electromechanical systems. You will oversee assembly, test, and continuous improvement efforts, ensuring reliability and quality across the lifecycle of equipment.

The role requires hands-on experience with manufacturing environments, CAD tools, PLCs, and radar-related electronics. Prior radar experience is highly encouraged, and a US security posture applies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in electromechanical assembly, repair, or maintenance.
• Experience with radar electronics troubleshooting and repair is advantageous.
• Military experience or familiarity with military operations preferred.
• Proficient with CAD, PLCs, sensors, actuators, and electromechanical components.

Responsabilités

• Design and develop assembly procedures, work instructions, and fixtures for electromechanical systems.
• Oversee assembly processes ensuring correct installation and conformance to specs.
• Collaborate with design engineers to improve manufacturability and assembly.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electromechanical systems and perform repairs.
• Develop and implement quality control processes to verify functionality and performance.
