Job summary

BAC is seeking a senior shop-floor leader to wire, assemble, and bring plate products to life through end-of-line testing and troubleshooting. You will mentor junior mechanics and guide daily outcomes.

This hands-on leadership role requires strong communication, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to adapt to shift schedules and production goals. You will interpret schematics, perform Hi-Pot and functional tests, and lead a small team across multiple stations while upholding 5S,

Qualifications

Proven small-team leadership and strong communication skills.
Ability to read and interpret machine blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical diagrams.
Experience performing Hi-Pot testing and troubleshooting to root cause.
Experience wiring high-voltage 3-phase/480V and low-voltage control circuits from schematics.

Responsibilities

Wire high-voltage (3-phase/480V) and low-voltage controls from schematics.
Perform Hi-Pot (dielectric) testing and end-of-line testing on plate products.
Lead a small team of junior assemblers and train teammates for growth.
Track, update, and post departmental metrics; document processes and data in systems.
Uphold 5S, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives across the department.
