Job summary

Rexel USA is seeking a Senior Assembly Technician to join its Parts Super Center team in Indianapolis, IN. You will assemble, electrically test, troubleshoot and document quality of electromechanical assemblies, ensuring they meet specs and ISO quality standards.

You will read drawings, wire components, perform tests with meters and scopes, train junior technicians, support inventory, and participate in continuous improvement and ISO audits. This is a full-time on-site role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Assembly, Quality Control, or Inventory Management.
• Experience in mechanical assembly of electromechanical products.
• Experience performing electrical testing on assemblies using test equipment.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret engineering drawings, bills of materials, and work instructions.
• Install and wire electrical components into assemblies per schematics.
• Perform electrical testing and verification of assemblies using test equipment.
• Assemble, test, and inspect products per wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Support ISO documentation and audits; participate in training.
• Lead buddy training for Level I/II Assemblers and assist with inventory.
