Job summary

Rexel USA in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Senior Assembly Technician to join the Parts Super Center team. You will assemble, test, troubleshoot, and ensure quality of electromechanical assemblies, while training junior technicians and supporting ISO processes.

Responsibilities include reading engineering docs, wiring components per schematics, performing functional tests, and leading one-on-one buddy training for Level I/II technicians.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Assembly, Quality Control, or Inventory Management.
• Experience in mechanical assembly of electromechanical products.
• Electrical testing experience on assemblies with measurement tools.

Responsibilities

• Read engineering drawings, bills of materials, and work instructions.
• Install and wire electrical components into mechanical assemblies per diagrams.
• Perform electrical testing and verification of assembled units.
• Utilize hand tools and testing equipment to complete tasks.
• Lead buddy training for Level I/II Assembly Technicians.
