Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electro-Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years in electro-mechanical engineering with verification/reliability testing.
• Experience authoring and executing mechanical validation and reliability test plans with defined criteria.

Responsibilities

• Define mechanical verification and validation methodologies with researchers, architects, and product design teams.
• Perform core verification for thermal, vibration, mechanical stress testing.
• Define and track test plans for modules and top-level systems.
• Design and drive scalable test infrastructure and fixtures.
• Manage external vendors for test fixture development and data collection.
