Neros, a defense technology company, is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to own electro‑mechanical build quality across the factory as production scales. Lead root cause analyses, MRB, and containment efforts with engineering to ensure each unit meets performance in demanding environments.

You will drive quality metrics, develop inspection strategies, and support DFQ during new product introductions to shape components before production.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, or aerospace engineering.
• 5+ years in quality, manufacturing, reliability, or design engineering role supporting electro‑mechanical hardware production.
• Experience with GD&T and hands‑on metrology (calipers, height gauges, CMM).
• Track record leading RCCA to closure on production lines, using structured problem solving and PFMEA.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python for dashboards and data tracking.

Mansioni

• Own electro‑mechanical quality across the factory as the technical authority on workmanship and acceptance.
• Act as first responder for quality issues on the line and drive MRB to closure.
• Lead MRB for electro‑mechanical nonconformances and containment of high‑impact escapes.
• Lead root cause investigations with engineering and verify fixes on the line.
• Define QM metrics and SPC strategy; build into production systems and dashboards.
