Job summary

XNRGY Climate Systems, Inc. is seeking a Senior Electro-Mechanical Designer to lead hands-on design of electrical cabinets, enclosure assemblies, and mechanical packaging for production-ready products.

You will develop electrical layouts, 3D models, and fabrication documentation, collaborating closely with engineering and manufacturing teams to turn concepts into robust, scalable designs. The role requires five+ years of OEM experience, expertise in SolidWorks or Creo, and a strong grounding in

Qualifications

• Five+ years of electro-mechanical design experience in an OEM/manufacturing setting.
• Associate degree, technical diploma, or bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering/design discipline.
• Proficiency with SolidWorks and/or Creo for production-ready designs.
• Experience creating detailed drawings, fabrication docs, and BOMs.
• Knowledge of sheet-metal fabrication, enclosures, and electrical integration.

Responsibilities

• Create production-ready 3D models and detailed drawings for electrical cabinets and enclosures.
• Develop mechanical packaging solutions for control panels, VFDs, ATS, and power-distribution equipment.
• Design cable routing, assembly sequences, and service access with manufacturability in mind.
• Maintain BOMs and drawings, support design reviews, and drive reliability and cost improvements.
• Collaborate across Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain.
