Job summary

Dart Container is seeking an Electro-Maintenance Mechanic IV to maintain and repair plant equipment in Waxahachie, TX. This hands-on role requires diagnosing, repairing, installing, and modifying complex machinery to keep operations running smoothly.

You will apply advanced electrical knowledge, perform root-cause analysis, support safety and GMP practices, and lead maintenance initiatives across production and facilities.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair in manufacturing
• Strong troubleshooting and electrical knowledge across multiple systems
• Ability to interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
• Experience with plant production software is preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Follow KPI targets for safety, quality, production, and efficiency
• Install, diagnose, maintain, repair and rebuild complex plant equipment
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions
• Lead maintenance initiatives and cross-functional projects
• Maintain documentation for maintenance logs and parts inventory
• Utilize SAP PM and work orders for planning and execution
