Job summary

ESFM is seeking a Senior Electrician/Maintenance Technician in Greencastle, PA to operate, maintain, repair and install electrical distribution components and related equipment to support customer needs. This role demands safe, efficient work on fixed and non-fixed electrical systems across the facility.

Under general direction, you will read blueprints, estimate material costs, coordinate with teams, and respond to emergencies while maintaining logs and preventive maintenance practices for

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician in an institutional setting in an engineering or maintenance discipline.
• Working knowledge of local, state and the National Electrical Code (NEC).
• Journeyman Electrical License.

Responsibilities

• Updates work statuses in the CMMS using a mobile device.
• Reads blueprints, estimates time and material costs for installations.
• Constructs, installs, maintains and repairs electrical systems.
• Pends and installs EMT, rigid, plastic-bond and steatite conduit.
• Troubleshoots electrical systems and locates cables for contractors.
• Responds to emergencies and performs preventive maintenance.
