Job summary

MYR Energy Services, Inc. seeks a Senior Project Manager to oversee cost estimates and general operational oversight of electrical transmission line projects across the United States.

Requires 10+ years in transmission and distribution project management and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management. Strong estimating, scheduling, and communication skills with experience using Accubid, MS Project, and Primavera are essential. Travel is involved.

Qualifications

• 10+ years' project management in the transmssion and distribution industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; combination of education and experience considered in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Prepare project construction schedules.
• Submit RFIs to clients and manage day-to-day project activities.
• Act as main point-of-contact for project personnel and coordinate meetings.
• Prepare look-ahead documents and progress/billing reports.
• Review and monitor job costs versus budgets; report to management.
• Assist in change orders and coordination with project management.
