Shermco Industries, Inc. is seeking a Training Specialist to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for employees and clients. You will create manuals, presentations, and online resources, and collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy.

The role uses virtual learning systems for remote learners and includes in-person sessions. You will assess needs, tailor programs, track effectiveness, and provide support to trainers and trainees.

Competenze

• Electrical engineering/tech education or related field.
• Experience communicating via virtual platforms (Zoom/Teams/Meet/WebEx).
• Strong presenting skills.
• Course development using ADDIE methodology.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles.
• Adaptable to changing conditions.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Electrical Engineering; Electrical Technology; or Industrial Electrician Education


• Able to leverage virtual meeting platforms to communicate with learners (Zoom, Teams, Meet, WebX)


• Strong Presenting Skills


• Course development using A.D.D.I.E methodology


• Familiarity with adult learning methods and requirements


• Readily adaptable to changing conditions or situations

Pay Range

USD $50.00 - USD $62.50 /Hr.
