You will design pilot sprints and longer learning pathways to build jobsite readiness and professional skill development.

The role combines instructional duties, hands-on demonstrations, and assessments while traveling regionally to support training programs and projects.

Qualifications

• Requires completion of recognized electrical apprenticeship or formal training.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, electrical theory, and safety practices.
• Experience teaching or mentoring electricians or apprentices.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom and hands-on electrical training for commercial construction.
• Develop and assess skill progressions and competency benchmarks.
• Screen applicants' skills and collaborate with hiring managers on performance gaps.
• Maintain safety and professional standards in all training activities.
