Job summary

Form Energy is seeking a Senior Electrical Technical Program Manager to drive the development and validation of its multi-day battery technology. You will coordinate systems architecture, firmware, software, and electrical engineering workstreams to ensure requirements are met and the product launches successfully.

Relocation assistance is available. You will work with technical leaders across engineering, manufacturing, quality, and program management to deliver on ambitious timelines and cost

Qualifications

• 5+ years of TPM-related experience or equivalent.
• Experience with engineering product design cycle, manufacturing engagement and ramp to mass production.
• Ability to create, maintain and communicate schedules.
• Understanding of multilevel BOM hierarchy (electrical & mechanical).
• Knowledge of product release cycles related to parts/BOM changes.
• Familiar with SmartSheet or similar Gantt tools.
• Experience with Agile Product Development & Scrum.
• Strong communication and executive presence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development of electrical & mechanical systems from requirements to mass production.
• Create and present schedules across each design life cycle to leadership.
• Drive cost down and quality improvements.
• Overcome obstacles to meet schedule milestones.
• Prepare KPI presentations for stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional discussions among design, manufacturing, quality, and other leads.
• Plan feature maturity and roadmaps for components.
• Align bottom-up timelines with top-down milestones.
• Close Jira tickets to keep program on track.
