Job summary

Flex is seeking a Lead Electrical Test Technician to join our Fontana, CA facility. You will lead a team performing testing on power distribution systems, AC/DC control circuits, and switchgear, and will interface with engineering and production to ensure quality and timeliness.

This role requires 4+ years in electrical testing, strong leadership, and the ability to read wiring diagrams. Occasional travel to customer sites may be required, with full benefits provided by Flex.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in electrical engineering or related field required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• At least 4 years of experience in power distribution electrical testing or related field.
• Relevant experience leading a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the work of assigned team employees.
• Performs full functional testing on AC/DC systems and switchgear.
• Drafts detailed technical reports and recommends modifications.
• Performs customer site visits to troubleshoot field issues.
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics.
