Job summary

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in electrical or aerospace engineering, has 5+ years of relevant experience, and possesses strong interpersonal skills. The role includes maintaining configuration control and leading root cause analysis efforts.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in hardware testing, preferably in aerospace or similar industries.
• Hands-on experience with military standards for environmental and EMI/EMC testing.
• Experience working in Linux environments for test control and data acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute EMI/EMC test campaigns for liquid rocket engine controllers.
• Operate and coordinate test systems for successful campaign execution.
• Lead root cause analysis and issue resolution across multiple teams.
