Job summary
Andrews Cooper in Redmond, WA is seeking a Senior Electrical Test Engineer to drive hardware verification and validation for cutting-edge consumer electronics. You will work hands-on in a lab, developing test plans, executing tests, and collaborating with design and software teams to improve prototypes and finalize products.
The role requires 7+ years of hands-on electrical engineering experience, knowledge of analog/digital/mixed-signal validation, and familiarity with interface protocols
Qualifications
- B.S. in Electrical Engineering or equivalent in related field; MSEE a plus.
- 7+ years of hands-on experience in Electrical Engineering.
- Validation of analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits.
- Experience with signal integrity, power integrity, timing analysis.
- Experience in audio testing.
- Verification of digital interfaces: SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, USB (at least one).
- Load regulation, line regulation, efficiency, and ripple/noise measurements.
Responsibilities
- Work in a lab environment on new consumer electronics products.
- Develop and execute test plans for hardware verification and validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide design feedback.
- Regular on-site work; this role is not fully remote.
- Present testing results and support design iterations.
