Job summary

Singularity Defense in El Segundo, CA seeks a Senior Electrical Engineering Technician to support both prototype development and volume production of electronic assemblies. You will wire harness assemblies, document processes, and work from evolving, ambiguous documentation with precision.

This role requires extensive collaboration with engineering and manufacturing to deliver high-reliability products, ESD compliance, and IPC-standard workmanship across development stages.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of electronics prototyping, rework, and production support.
• Experience with fine-pitch crimping and miniature connector assembly.
• Able to interpret incomplete schematics, early-stage BOMs, and evolving designs.

Responsibilities

• Build, test, and troubleshoot early-stage prototypes based on concepts and evolving BOMs.
• Resolve gaps using engineering judgment and collaboration.
• Support volume production, validate assembly/test procedures, and drive continuous improvement.
