• Able to troubleshoot equipment including FMC bag machine, winder, and other listed systems
• Comply with safety rules and use PPE as required
• Plan and execute tasks to national and local standards
• Identify and correct problems in plant equipment to codes
• Coordinate and lead small work groups
• Check voltage and amperage
• Read electrical/construction schematics
• Understand electrical diagrams and troubleshoot motors
• Install and replace motors (AC/DC) and drive systems
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical equipment
• Repair heater bands and heat controls
• Troubleshoot relays, starters, and circuit breakers
• Lay out panels and design wiring schematics
• Train other personnel and improve department efficiency
• Overtime, call-ins, and rotating schedule availability
• Perform other related duties as assigned
• Provide maintenance support coordinated with production
• Maintain good housekeeping in work areas
• Repair mechanical components as needed
• Repair and troubleshoot solid state circuitry
• Read/dimension wiring sizes and voltage ratings
