Job summary

InCharge Energy seeks an Electrical Technician IV to support service needs of customers. The licensed Journeyman Electrician will work at the local branch office, reporting to the Service Manager.

Key tasks include running conduit, wiring, installation, service, commissioning and maintenance for electrical infrastructure, EV charging devices, solar and battery systems. The role requires significant regional travel, with a focus on timely, high-quality field installations and commissioning while

Qualifications

• Valid Journeyman Electrician license and eligibility to be contractor of record.
• Experience with commercial/industrial electrical construction and code compliance.
• Strong reading of blueprints, diagrams and load calculations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise electrical crews; assign work and ensure quality.
• Design, estimate and oversee installations for service upgrades and lighting.
• Install and Commission EV charging systems, solar and battery infrastructure.
• Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshoot electrical issues.
• Maintain project documentation in Procore and Salesforce.
• Travel regionally 50–75% to support sites and client locations.
