Job summary

InCharge Energy is seeking an Electrical Technician III to support field installations, maintenance, and commissioning of electrical infrastructure including EV charging, solar, and battery systems. This role requires significant regional travel and a strong focus on safety, quality, and timely delivery.

Ideal candidates have 3–6 years of electrical construction experience, NEC knowledge, OSHA certification, and the ability to obtain required credentials.

Qualifications

• 3-6 years of electrical construction experience in commercial/industrial settings.
• OSHA 10 and/or 30 or ability to obtain within 120 days of hire.
• Procore or equivalent project management software familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical and infrastructure tasks including conduit, wiring, and panel work.
• Install, commission, service, and troubleshoot EV charging systems and solar/battery infrastructure.
• Maintain safety standards and complete field installations on schedule.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors and internal teams for site projects.
• Document work orders and site activities in Procore and Salesforce.
