Trinity Heads, Inc. in Navasota, Texas is seeking a Senior Electrical Technician (2nd shift) to perform a variety of maintenance tasks across electrical and mechanical systems on production equipment.

The role involves reading blueprints and schematics, troubleshooting electrical problems, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring safety compliance while working with 3-phase equipment up to 600V.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2–4 years of related experience.
• Ability to read equipment drawings and electrical/hydraulics schematics.
• Comfortable working at heights (15 ft or more).
• Able to navigate confined workspaces for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Performs complex repairs on production equipment motors and mechanical components including basic pneumatics and hydraulics.
• Reads blueprints and schematics - pneumatic, hydraulic, electrical.
• Troubleshoots electrical problems, performs preventative maintenance and testing on electrical wiring and components.
• Performs preventive maintenance and electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic repairs to production and mechanical equipment, machinery and components.
• Performs troubleshooting of 3 phase equipment up to 600v
• Makes electronic, mechanical, or electrical repairs on all computer controlled equipment.
• Installs and repairs electrical systems, apparatus, and electrical and electronic components of industrial machinery and equipment, following electrical code, manuals, schematic diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications using electrical and electronic test equipment.
• Lays out, builds, tests, troubleshoots, repairs and modifies production electronic components, parts, switch panels etc.
• May test new equipment, trouble shoot operation, make minor adjustments to equipment.
• Maintains and completes all required records.
• Follows all safety rules and practices.
• May be involved in safety committees or initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
