Job summary

Oshkosh AeroTech (an Oshkosh company) seeks a Sr. Electrical Engineer to design, integrate, and validate electrical systems for airport ground support equipment.

You will work on power distribution, embedded control, and high/low voltage architectures across multiple product lines, collaborating with mechanical, controls, software, and manufacturing teams. The role emphasizes hands-on design, analysis, and documentation from prototype through production, with cross-functional support for NPD

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; 3+ years of related experience.
• Strong knowledge of electrical schematics, circuit design, and architecture.
• Experience with 480V three-phase industrial power systems and low-voltage control.
• Familiarity with PLC platforms such as Beckhoff, Allen-Bradley, and/or IFM.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical calculations, investigations, analysis, and design per standards.
• Design and integrate electrical hardware, circuits, and power distribution into equipment.
• Develop and maintain electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and system documentation.
• Support electrical architecture development for NPD programs (high/low voltage).
• Provide technical guidance across multidisciplinary teams and support prototype to production.
