Qualifications

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
10+ years of industry experience in electrical hardware design and development.
Experience with semiconductor capital equipment, metrology systems, analytical instruments, or precision instrumentation.
Mentor engineers and lead cross-functional teams in electrical design decisions.

Responsibilities

Lead electrical system architecture and design of complex semiconductor capital equipment and precision instrumentation.
Define electrical subsystem boundaries, interfaces, and technical requirements.
Design and integrate electrical subsystems including HV power supplies, analog/mixed-signal electronics, and embedded controllers.
Establish and drive electrical design standards for reliability, manufacturability, and scalability.
Mentor engineers and guide cross-functional teams on design decisions.
Lead verification, validation, and troubleshooting of prototype and production equipment.
