Job summary
Nova is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer Lead with Electrical Engineering experience to lead manufacturing processes for semiconductor metrology capital equipment. You will work with Production personnel, Engineers and Scientists to ensure manufacturability, performance to specs, and robust documentation.
Responsibilities include leading technical decisions, coordinating NPIs and cross‑functional teams, and driving continuous improvements in quality, cost, and cycle time.
Qualifications
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Minimum of 8 years Manufacturing Engineering experience in semiconductor metrology or related high vacuum equipment.
Responsibilities
- Provide real-time technical support to the manufacturing group, resolving assembly, integration and final test issues.
- Lead in decision making regarding business and technical decisions internally and externally.
- Coordinate NPI and project management across cross‑functional teams (R&D/Engineering/Manufacturing/Supply Chain/Quality).
- Design, analyze, review electrical engineering designs including PCBA wrt digital and analog design aspects.
- Implement manufacturing WI and tooling to meet customer specifications and company targets.
