Job summary

Echodyne, a leader in compact solid-state true beam-steering radar, seeks a Senior Electrical Sustaining Engineer to ensure long-term performance and reliability across fielded products. You will collaborate with design, manufacturing, test, and supply chain to investigate issues and implement durable design improvements.

The role demands deep circuit-level expertise, hands-on debugging, and ownership of product health in production and the field, with leadership in RCA/CAPA and cross-functional

Qualifications

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• Experience with analog/mixed-signal PCBs and production support.
• Export-controlled information eligibility may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop, verify, and document sustaining design updates for reliability, yield, and manufacturability.
• Evaluate components and supplier alternates; support qualification of replacements (EOL risk).
• Develop ECO packages, sustaining docs, and release artifacts.
• Lead RCA and CAPA for production or fielded hardware.
• Debug and characterize mixed-signal PCB assemblies in lab and production environments.
• Improve test coverage, debug flows, and production yield with Manufacturing and Test teams.
