Job summary

Anduril Industries is seeking a Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer, Electrical to lead supplier production strategies across multiple business lines. You will collaborate with engineering, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing teams and suppliers to accelerate qualification and implementation of designs that meet quality and cost targets.

The role requires a 50% travel commitment, a strong background in electronics manufacturing, and eligibility for a U.S. Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related technical field.
• 6+ years of experience in supplier quality and industrialization within a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with electronics manufacturing, SMT processing, GD&T.
• Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
• Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage electrical commodities/subcategories to execute supplier production strategies across Anduril’s business lines.
• Be a force multiplier for the Supply Chain team and commodity strategy.
• Vet suppliers' production capabilities, layout, facilities, and workforce for inclusion in Approved Supplier List.
• Support PSE, GSS and SQE to ensure supplier quality criteria are met.
• Owners new production tooling and lines at supplier sites to meet performance and cost targets.
• Oversee capacity expansion readiness and production ramp-up at supplier sites.
• Establish and drive process performance and SPC reviews at suppliers.
• Drive root-cause corrective actions with supplier teams.
