Job summary

Anduril Industries, Inc. is seeking a Senior Supplier Industrialization Engineer, Electrical in Orange, CA to drive supplier development and production readiness across multiple product lines.

You will coordinate with internal engineering, quality, supply chain, and manufacturing teams as well as suppliers to optimize designs for cost, quality, and manufacturability throughout the lifecycle. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or related field.
• 6+ years of supplier quality and industrialization experience in manufacturing.
• Experience with electronics manufacturing or SMT processing; GD&T knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Own electrical commodities and manage supplier production strategies end-to-end.
• Vet supplier capabilities, layouts, and facilities for inclusion in Approved Supplier List.
• Support qualification and ramp-up of new tooling and production lines at supplier sites.
• Drive process controls and continuous improvement to reduce cost and risk.
• Collaborate with SQE, PSE, and GSS to ensure supplier adherence to quality criteria.
