Job summary

Norlee Group, Inc. is seeking an Electrical Superintendent to lead field operations across multiple electrical construction projects.

You will guide Superintendents, Foremen, and crews to deliver safe, on-time, on-budget results while upholding NEC, OSHA, and project standards. Ideal candidates will have 10+ years in electrical construction, proven multi-project management, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of electrical construction experience (commercial/industrial preferred).
• Previous experience as a Superintendent or Senior Field Leader.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, OSHA, and electrical construction methods.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and teams.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple electrical projects across various job sites.
• Direct and support Project Superintendents, Foremen, and field staff.
• Establish field productivity standards and best practices.
• Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to field leadership.
• Enforce company safety policies and OSHA regulations; conduct jobsite safety audits.
• Coordinate with Project Managers to develop and maintain project schedules and monitor manpower.
